The app

Uphill is provided “as is.” We built it carefully, but we can’t promise it’s bug-free, or that a given task’s weight assignment reflects its true cosmic significance.

Subscriptions

Uphill Premium is available as a monthly, quarterly, or yearly auto-renewing subscription with a 14-day free trial, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Refunds

Refund requests go through Apple, not aaic. directly - visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

Don’t reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app. Standard stuff.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, aaic. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
