About
It started as a Reddit comment
The Origin
Someone posted that they wanted the most competitive accountability app for couples. Not a wholesome chore tracker - something with scores, bragging rights, and receipts. The kind of app where you could prove, with data, that you do more around the house.
The community piled on with ideas: notes on tasks, a way to bank points from winning weeks, friends settling disputes, and AI commentary based on actual crimes committed.
We built it. Not the toxic version - the playful one. PettyPoints turns the boring everyday stuff into a game. Who left the lights on? Who took out the bins? Who planned the last date night? It's all tracked, scored, and settled every Sunday.
What It Is
PettyPoints is a two-player app for couples, roommates, or anyone sharing a household. You set the rules, log the crimes, and compete for weekly bragging rights. Disputes go to a jury of your friends. The loser gets roasted by AI. The winner gets a shareable results card.
No subscription. One partner pays ($9.99). The other plays free. Your data is yours forever.
Built by aaic.
PettyPoints is a product of aaic. No venture capital. No ads. No data selling. Just apps that do what they say.
